New Australian homes now have a 7 Star energy rating requirement. We provide an advisory service to facilitate cost effective implementation of the 7 Star Rating, by working closely with your existing builder and architect.

Consultancy

Build 7-Star homes for the same price as 6-star homes. We will work with you and your team to determine the best approach to designing and building homes that meet NCC 2022 - 7 Star requirement and still appeal to customers.

Consultancy

The Passive House energy standard increases energy efficiency in buildings by a factor of up to 10.
We can provide Passive House Services, including use of the Passive House Planning Package and preparing EnerPHit Retrofit Plans.
